Week Two
DAY EIGHT – Thursday, January 18th
Our Deliverance: In the precious name of Jesus we break every demonic oppression, assault, and stronghold over minds, bodies, and souls. We pray that every person bound by sin, addiction, torment, and oppression would come underneath the power and authority of the blood of Jesus and finished work of the Cross. We pray that deliverance would sweep through our church and for every demonic assault and stronghold to beak in Jesus name!
- Galatians 5:1 “It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.”
DAY NINE – Friday, January 19th
Our Globe: We pray that although the nations rage on the earth, that Jesus remains Lord of it all! We pray that the nations around the world would come to know Jesus as a person, not as a religion. We pray for a global revival and third great awakening to sweep every nation and that Jesus would get the nations as His inheritance!
- Habakkuk 2:14 “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
DAY TEN – Saturday, January 20th
Our Hunger For God’s Word: We pray the people of Dwell would experience a Bible Revival! We pray for a Holy obsession with reading, praying, and devoting our lives to the Bible!
- Acts 6:4 “We will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.”
DAY ELEVEN – Sunday, January 21st
Our Spiritual Ears and Eyes: Lord we pray that you would give us eyes to see you, ears to hear you, and hearts to know you in a fresh way! Remove the numbness from our hearts, the scales from our eyes, and open our ears to hear your voice in a more clear and intimate way. We ask for visions, dreams, and the gift of prophecy to flow in our midst like never before!
- Matthew 13:16 “Blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear.”
DAY TWELVE – Monday, January 22nd
Our Intimacy: Lord we pray for a depth of intimacy with the face of Jesus that we have never tasted or seen before. Purge our hearts of anything that takes away our attention and affection from you. Remove our taste for anything that hinders our love for your presence! May we hunger, thirst, and pursue you in a new fervency!
- James 4:8 “Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you.”
DAY THIRTEEN – Tuesday, January 23rd
Our Purposes and Destinies: Lord we pray in this season that purposes and destinies would come forth in focus and clarity! We ask that your perfect will would be made known in every aspect of our lives. We thank you for longings fulfilled this year and dreams and prophetic words to manifest into reality!
- Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
DAY FOURTEEN – Wednesday, January 24th
Our Surrender: Holy Spirit, we pray you would tenderize and humble our hearts as you lead us into depth of surrender we have never known. We ask you would help us build daily altars for you as your fire rests on the surrender and sacrifices of our hearts.
- Romans 12:1 “I urge you brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God- this is your true and proper worship.”
